EVENTS
The Thanksgiving Basket Giveaway gives us the opportunity to invite 600 to 800 families each year to a traditional Thanksgiving Feast. At this feast, our volunteers serve each person a hot meal and a presentation is shown to help people understand that they are being blessed because God makes it possible. There are multiple activities provided for the kids and to encourage family time. Before leaving, every family is prayed for with a prayer warrior. On their way out, each family receives a turkey and a box with all of the traditional Thanksgiving sides and trimmings to take home to prepare dinner on Thanksgiving Day.
Everlasting Changes has partnered with local schools to help encourage good grades and good study habits. The students who receive all A's on their report card are entered for a chance to win a bike. One student is chosen from each of the participating elementary school, and is awarded their bike in front of classmates.
MISSION TRIPS
Everlasting Changes plans special mission trip events to help families around the world. Whether it's building a house, beautifying a neighborhood or some other act of kindness, Everlasting Changes tries to share God's love with people around the world.
We've ministered in Belize and Guatemala and are looking for additional opportunities to help.
Every year thousands of students start school lacking the supplies they need to succeed in the classroom. Everlasting Changes' gifted backpack" project allows students to receive a backpack filled with the appropriate supplies to start the school year off on the right foot.
